Sure, this is going to sound like the world revolved around me, but I'll risk it. Below are the links for my availability calendar on Google. This public calendar lets you know the days that I have immovable events planned, as well as times that I have available. Some people say that's lame, and the rest of us call it "taking advantage of technology".
Quick Explanation about the formats:
HTML is the easiest to view format for everyone. This is a link that you can bookmark in your Internet browser. XML is for people that have computer-based calendar programs to manage their events, and will add my events to their calendar program. ICAL is specifically for Mac users, with full integration into the iCal program.

fail. Ical is not specifically for mac. Apple may have created the format (I can't vouch for that), but there are plenty of applications - including windows calendar, microsoft outlook, etc that use and read .ical files.
once again, fail.
My bad, I should've said that it's DESIGNED for Mac. I know that other programs can IMPORT the iCal format, but I'm pretty sure they can't MAKE the files without a plugin. You know Microsoft. :oD
